Vicarious violence: in defense of the rights of children is the title of the upcoming symposium hosted by FIFCJ with the participation of leading experts on the rights of families, the welfare of minors and the fight against gender violence.
“Vicarious violence” defines the violation of the rights of others, often children, as an alternative form of violence against women, their mothers. This substitution violence is an emerging issue that the symposium aims to put at the center of the debate.
